Valley Forge Flag has grown to be one of the nation\’s main producers of custom flags, banners and fabrications. Our customized flags are printed with eco-pleasant, water-primarily. Based heat-set dye sublimation inks for a brilliantly printed image on a flag cloth materials that\’s gentle, yet sturdy. The digitally printed flags are stitched with a heavy obligation canvas header and grommets on the left edge, and every flag is double-sew sewn on top and backside with a quadruple-stitch fly edge.
The Anco-Dye process forces the colour to penetrate utterly into and through the core of the nylon fabric. The mix of this process and our unique shade-lock dye formulas insure maximum color retention and sturdiness. Any design, simple or intricate, may be reproduced onto nylon flag and banner merchandise. Our exclusive Anco-Dye process faithfully executes your design on each side of you flag or banner creating the mirror image on the opposite facet. To learn correctly on both sides, 2 flags are print and sewn together. We can produce one each or large runs for both indoor and outside use.

Sizes usually range from 8ft to 17ft in top. We can custom craft hardware and flags to larger sizes, if needed. Major use for these flag banners is for enterprise and event promotions. Trade exhibits are also a well-liked location.
